I highly recommend. When I first started with Dr. Puhl and his staff my self reported pain level was 8 on a 10 scale. After a course of treatment with adjustments, decompression, and laser therapy it is now at a 0. Last week I golfed 18 holes and went on a river kayaking trip for 3.5 hours with no discomfort.
